Refund Policy

RETURNS

Our policy lasts 14 days. If more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for return, your item must be unused and in the condition you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Returns, exchanges, and refunds of certain types of goods are not authorized. Thus, 'personalized' items cannot be recovered by our store.

Other items for which returns are not authorized:

* Gift cards

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

In some cases, only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

* Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

* Any item returned more than 14 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify that we have received the returned item. We will also inform you if your refund is approved or denied.

If approved, your refund is processed and your credit card or original payment method is automatically credited within a few days.


Refunds delayed or missing (if applicable)

If you have not yet received a refund, first double-check your bank account.

Then contact your credit card company, as the official display of your refund may take some time.

Then, contact your bank. A refund display is often preceded by a processing delay.

Sale or promotional items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items are refundable. Unfortunately, sale or promotional items are not.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items that were initially defective or damaged.  If you need to replace yours with the same item, send us an email at info@ap3x.eu and send your item to: 17 rue de l'Église, Saint Michel le Cloucq, Vendée, 85200, France.

For the exchange to be accepted, the item must imperatively:

  • be returned in its original packaging
  • not have been worn, washed, or tried on
  • be returned in the exact condition in which you received it.

Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will send you a confirmation email. It will indicate whether the exchange is accepted or refused. 

If accepted, the replacement will be initiated and your new item will enter production within a few days. If refused, we will send you photos justifying our decision. If the return conditions are not met, no free exchange can be made.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and was shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of the returned item. Once the returned item is received, a gift voucher will be sent to you by mail.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the person who gave the gift had the order sent to themselves to give to you later, the refund will be issued to them and they will know you returned their gift.

Shipping

To return your product, you must send it to the following postal address: 17 rue de l'Église, Saint Michel le Cloucq, Vendée, 85200, France.

Shipping costs related to returning your item are your responsibility. They are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.

If you ship an item valued over €75, we recommend using a shipment tracking service or insuring your package. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
