Customization conditions and image rights

LIABILITY AND COMPLIANCE CLAUSE (Clothing Customization)

By placing an order for customized clothing, you declare and guarantee:

Obtaining authorizations : You have obtained all necessary permissions to reproduce any element protected by intellectual property rights, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, designs, images, or texts, in accordance with applicable laws.

Respect for third-party rights : You commit that the elements provided for customization do not infringe any intellectual property rights, copyrights, trademarks, image rights, or any other third-party rights.
Company liability limitation

Our company acts solely as a technical service provider to execute your order according to your instructions. We do not verify or validate the rights associated with the elements you submit for customization.

In case of a dispute or claim related to unauthorized reproduction of an element, you agree to assume full legal and financial responsibility. You acknowledge that our company cannot be held liable for any loss, damage, or lawsuit resulting from such disputes.

Right to refuse an order: We reserve the right to refuse any order if we suspect non-compliance with laws or potential infringement of third-party rights, without obligation to justify our decision.

Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold our company harmless from any claims, lawsuits, or disputes arising from the use of elements submitted for customization, including legal fees and other related costs.

Acceptance of terms: By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms.

Example of a logo we cannot print without authorization:
